Influencer®

Ideal for organizations wanting to enhance leader and project manager capabilities in successfully initiating and influencing significant organizational changes.

Each of the following workshops are conducted over a 1/2 day.

The Self-Discovery Process®: Interaction Styles

Ideal for individuals and teams who want to increase self-awareness and strengthen work relationships.

The first cornerstone of Linda Berens’ InterStrengths method, this course helps participants identify their personality patterns related to motivation, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication style.

Participants will also gain an understanding of how personality differences affect relationships with insight into how others perceive them and describing what they need from others. Includes a booklet for each participant: Understanding Yourself and Others: An Introduction to Interaction Styles 2.0.

Individual Differences and Self-Discovery Process®: Temperment

Ideal for individuals and teams who want to increase self-awareness and strengthen work relationships.

The second cornerstone of Linda Berens’ InterStrengths method, this course builds on the Interaction Styles course; introducing participants to the four temperaments and helps them identify their best-fit.

Participants will also gain an understanding of how personality differences affect relationships with insight into how others perceive them and describing what they need from others. Includes a booklet for each participant: Understanding Yourself and Others: An Introduction to Temperament 3.0.

Introduction to Cognitive Dynamics

Ideal for individuals and teams who want to increase self-awareness and strengthen work relationships.

The third cornerstone of Linda Berens’ InterStrengths method, this course builds on the Interaction Styles and Temperament courses; introducing participants to the eight cognitive processes that constitute the dynamic nature of type patterns and ways of thinking about things.

Understanding these processes enables one to accurately identify their unique personality type code (basis for the MBTI). Includes a booklet for each participant: An Introduction to the Personality Type Code.
